These terms cover use of the Punchcard time tracking product. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below.
Punchcard lets individuals and teams track time against projects and clients, and export timesheets for billing or reporting.
You're responsible for the accuracy of time entries you submit. Workspace admins are responsible for how exported timesheets are used, including any billing decisions based on them.
The Solo plan is free for a single user, permanently. Team and Agency plans bill per active member monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Punchcard is provided as-is. We aim for high availability and accurate time tracking but aren't liable for billing disputes arising from how exported timesheets are used by you or your clients.
We'll notify active accounts by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
